Policy

Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with a product or service that you purchased via Teensy-Weensy Sleepers, LLC., you

may qualify for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

  • All Product and Service refund requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.  Refunds on a product and/or service will only be issued once per product and/or service.  All purchases will be refunded back to the original payment source.  

  • Making a request within the above allotted time frame is not a guarantee that your service will be refunded.  The request simply initiates the review process.  After review of the request, it will be determined if a refund can be issued. The review process may take up to 14 days after the request has been made.    

  • For all purchases: If a full refund is provided then a 6 percent administrative fee will be withheld from the refund.  

  • Digital only services (self-guided courses) are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of the material/accessibility of the material.

  • Live Classes/courses may be refunded up until 24 hours prior to the class taking place.  After the class has occurred it is no longer eligible for a refund.   

  • Sleep Packages and Consulting services are nontransferable 

  • Any Package purchased through Teensy Weensy Sleepers, LLC may be paused once per package for a maximum of 2 weeks for cases of illness, travel, natural disasters, etc. 

  • If the purchaser chooses to not use some or all of the support offerings included in a package (i.e. training calls, express calls, daily check ins, exit call) they will not qualify for a refund.

  • For Cancelled phone appointments

    • If more than 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation, then the appointment can be rescheduled and/or fully refunded

    • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation, then the appointment may be rescheduled within five (5) calendar days or the purchaser may qualify for a 50 percent refund (refunds must be initiated by the purchaser within 30 days of initial purchase date). 

    • If the appointment is missed (no show) then the appointment may be rescheduled within five) (5) calendar days, or the purchaser may qualify for a 50 percent refund (refunds must be initiated by the purchaser within 30 days of initial purchase date). 

  • For Custom Sleep Packages:  Once a sleep plan has been crafted and delivered by email to the purchaser, they may qualify for a 50 percent refund for the package price, if the request is made within 24 hours of the sleep plan being emailed to the purchaser.  After 24 hours of the sleep consultant emailing the package, the purchaser is no longer eligible for a refund for this product.  

  • If the Purchaser is late for their scheduled phone meeting, then they will not qualify for additional time after scheduled meeting time has ended.   This ensures that other families can also be met with in a timely matter.   Additional time can be purchased and scheduled at a later date.    

  • The Purchaser understands that their child not sleeping through the night or not meeting other sleep goals does not qualify for a refund.  The services that the purchaser is receiving are consultations, customized sleep plans, and support - not a guarantee that the purchaser's child will sleep through the night.
