45 Minute Consultation with Action Plan - $129

Can't financially commit to a customized sleep plan at this time, no problem!  This option is like a consolidated version of a sleep plan.

To prepare for our meeting you will fill out a intake form and a day of sleep and feed logs.  After this work has been completed I will craft a 4 step action plan to help improve your child's sleep.  During our 45 minute consultation we will review the action plan together and discuss any additional questions you might have.

This option also includes one follow up email which will occur 7 days after our 45 minute consultation has taken place.
